About Me
With over 20 years in business, I’ve built a career on more than just titles and targets — I’ve built it on connection, growth, and transformation.
I’ve led teams, scaled and sold my own company, and navigated the highs and lows of leadership, growth, burnout, and reinvention. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility, to spin all the plates, and to wonder what comes next when the old version of success no longer fits.
In 2025, I made a decision to step away from my industry and take time to reflect. What emerged was a new direction — one rooted in something I’d been doing all along: supporting people.
As I stepped back, I was approached by individuals at all stages of their careers — founders, leaders, and professionals feeling overwhelmed, lost, or ready for something more. That’s when I realised: people don’t just need advice. They need space. They need clarity. They need support that’s tailored to them.
And that’s why I launched Nota Bene — a coaching and mentoring practice for people who are ready to grow, shift gears, and move forward with purpose.
Why Both Coaching and Mentoring?
Coaching gets you thinking. Mentoring gives you the map.
Coaching helps you explore, reflect, and unlock what’s already inside you.
Mentoring adds perspective, direction, and experience from someone who’s walked a similar path.
I can combine both — so you get space to breathe and tools to move forward. Whether you’re navigating growth, change, leadership, or career crossroads, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and action.
A Bit More About Me
I’m currently training for my ACC certification, I am a mental health first aider, a public speaker, and a long-time mentor. I’ve supported individuals and businesses across the UK — helping people lead better, live more intentionally, and thrive on their own terms.
At home, I live in Surrey with my husband, three kids (two of whom are teenagers and keep me on my toes), and two (sometimes) unruly dogs. I work with clients both face-to-face and virtually, across all sectors.
What I Care About
I’m passionate about breaking down outdated systems, challenging assumptions, and making work work for more people — especially women and underrepresented voices.
I believe in honest conversations, compassionate accountability, and practical support. Whether you’re looking to lead with more confidence, make a change, or simply reconnect with what matters most, this is your space.
Take note. Take action. Transform.
My Ikigai
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being.”
Mine is helping people—especially in the property and recruitment sectors—discover their strengths, grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders, and build better businesses and lives.
Whether we’re working 1:1 or as part of a team development programme, I bring warmth, honesty, and depth to every conversation. I’m here to help you reflect, realign, and take action—because thinking is powerful, but doing is what drives results.
Take note. Take action. Transform.
